Refund policy
Easy returns ♡
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll provide a return label. Attach it to your original packaging, and scan it in at your local USPS post office if you're domestic in the US, or at your local DHL drop-off point if you're international. Please note we can't be held responsible for packages we do not receive. We don't offer exchanges— simply return your unwanted item and re-purchase another. Please note anything discounted or custom (made-to-order) is final-sale and cannot be returned. If you feel like your order is a special case, contact us!
Refunds for 14 days ♡
We offer refunds for up to 14 days from date of delivery. Make sure the item is unused and in it's original packaging. Once we receive your return package, you'll get an email with details, and a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, less a shipping fee ($10 for domestic orders, and calculated rates $15-25 for international orders). If your refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, contact us!
